Membrane Protection.

The protection boards prevent sheet membranes and concrete from damage that can be caused on site. Backfilling or general traffic on site can subject the membranes to the likelihood of piercing and puncturing causing major problems after the structure is built. This can be extremely costly!

Site Fabrication

We offer a unique service offcut strips on protection board and sheet tanking reinforcement strips for corner/angle details. Sheet tanking is also available in smaller roll sizes which eliminates site wastage.

Corden EPS lm

A two component bituminous liquid membrane for waterproofing of underground constructions and intricate details in conjunction with sheet tanking systems. Used in pipe entries, covings, overbanding. Can be applied to damp surfaces, resists hydrostatic head of upto 70 metres. Seamless with flexible crack bridging capabilities.
Resistant to aggressive ground water. Also can be used as an adhesive for sheet membranes, drainage sheets and protection board.

Corden EPS Prufe

A rubberised bitumen solution which is simple to apply. Natural rubber latex properties providing excellent elasticity. Used on floors and walls both internal and external. Can be used in many applications for waterproofing.

Bitumen Paint

A Cost effective solution to larger areas also known as ‘Blackjack’ throughout the industry. Generally used on retaining walls.

Bituthene LM

A two part mix used in curved, irregular or stepped profiles, pile penetrations, internal corners, flashings and edge sealing.

Procor 10 & 20

A spray or hand applied liquid waterproofing for roofs and water retaining structures. Two component elastic and seamless tanking. No priming and damp tolerant. Can be applied horizontally and vertically.

Corden EPS Seamless LA

Corden EPS Seamless LA is a high quality cold applied polymer modified bituminous liquid waterproofing membrane. Typically used as a continuous waterproof sandwich membrane for above and below ground concrete brickwork. When applied correctly, Corden EPS Seamless LA provides levels of protection required for below ground structures as described in BS 8102 : 1990, grades 1, 2, 3 & 4.

R.I.W. LAC

A simply applied cold bitumen solution. Can be applied to concrete, masonry, steel and timber surfaces.

Mulseal

A latex emulsion which can be applied to damp concrete. Resistant to sulphates and ground salts. Used in retaining walls as a vapour barrier and repairing cracks in asphalt.
