Griptop 

The Griptop range of polyurethane coatings and toppings produce a  seamless hygienic finish that can be easily maintained and are suitable for use in a wide range if industrial and commercial applications.

All Griptop products can be applied on to concrete, granolithic, sand-cement and polymer type screeds.

The outstanding chemical resistance of polyurethane systems allows them to be used in areas exposed to a wide range of chemicals.

The Griptop range is particularly suitable for application in areas akin to the preparation or processing of food due to the inherent non-taint characteristics of the products.

The ability to be steam cleaned is also an inherent characteristics of Griptop HD ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness can be maintained.

Aggregates may be incorporated to produce a textured finish where slip resistance is required. This is applicable to all Griptop products with the exception of Griptop HDMT which has a fine textured, slip resistant finish as standard.

Strongcoat Solvent Free Systems

Strongcoat is a water based epoxy resin coating for floors and walls. Designed for light to medium duty applications where easy-clean, jointless surfaces with resistance to abrasion and the spillage of oil, water and some chemicals are a consideration.

Generally a two-coat application, its paint like consistency makes for ease of application using either brush, roller or airless spray to produce a silk free like finish.

Surface Preparation

Surface preparation is the key to the successful installation of any coating or topping. DCCP’s guide to surface preparation gives clear and concise guidance on consideration and preparation of surfaces prior to installing flooring products. The rang of products below are all used in ensuring the surface is ready to accept DCP flooring systems.

Cemflow Rapid Repair Mortar - Cementitious repair mortar for repairing and making good  internal floors, stairs and steps and general repairs to holes and cracks. Walk on time of 1 hour.

Quickmast 201 - epoxy repair mortar, solvent free, high strength properties. Applications include repairs to spalled concrete, pre-cast concrete units, slip bricks and kerbstones.

Quickmast 341 - adhesive patching compound, solvent free, high strength properties. Principal uses include patching repairs to defective concrete, bonding concrete to concrete and gap filling

Cemflow Emulsion, Polymer additive to aid mechanical and waterproof properties of sand/cement

based screeds, mortars and renders.

Strongcoat DPM

Strongcoat DPM is an epoxy damp proof membrane for floor surfaces prior to accepting other Strongcoat products.

Designed to suppress residual construction moisture and rising dampness in concrete and cement screeds, it can be used in situations where the relative humidity is as high as 100%.

Depending on the humidity of the substrate, DPM is either brush or roller applied in one or two coats.
