Dry Shake Application

Stage 1

Roof in situ, suitably prepared ground ready to receive concrete sub floor.

Stage 2

Place base concrete to provide a suitable structural slab, in accordance with standard flooring practice.

Stage 3

Achieve rapid placement and finishing of the concrete base with laser screed equipment, ideal for fast track projects.

Stage 4

Remove surface bleed by manual methods as necessary. 

Stage 5
Apply dry shake by means of an automatic spreader to achieve complete control over application rate.

Stage 6
Finish by either hand or powered trowel.
