Corrugated Beam Form is simple to install, even with unskilled labour:

1. Excavate
2. Place Beam Form in trench in U sections, butt and tape together.
   
3. Place prefabricate reinforcement cages, with grade plate spacers at 400mm intervals
   
4. Backfill to within 50mm of top of Beam Form
   
5. Pour/vibrate concrete
   

Formwork Products

Mould Oil

A general-purpose mould oil combining good release qualities and high resistance to rain and surface water wash off. It can be used on all types of surfaces. Brush and spray applied. Approx. coverage 23-30m2 per litre. 210ltr & 25ltr

15mm Thru-Tie System 

A quick release 15mm tie system with a S.W.L.  of 100kN.
The bar is supplied in 3mtr lengths but is available in other lengths and diameters, compatible with most other systems. 20 & 26mm tie bar also available.

Wing Nut Waler Plates 

A knock-on wing nut used in conjunction with water plates for securing the bar in formwork applications.
Sizes WP15=120 x 120 x 10

Tie Bolt Sleeve 

Used as distance keeper between formwork faces.
Also allows tie bar to be removed and re-used.

Tie Bolt Cones 

A push fit cone for tie bolt tube, giving 10mm cover. Covers up to 50mm available

Flupp Plugs 

A flexible, tight fitting plug for internal water sealing of spacer tube prior to filling with tie plug cement.
