High Strength Epoxy Resin Mortar

Epoxy in-fill

Epoxy In-Fill Concrete RepairEconomical, granite-reinforced epoxy resin mortar. Fills holes from 5-100mm thick, in one layer. Not suitable for feather-edging. (If feather edging, use High Strength Epoxy Resin Mortar).

High Strength Epoxy Resin Mortar

  • High Strength Epoxy Resin Mortar Fast setting, with maximum adhesion.

  • Cures down to -10˚c.

  • Handy 5kg packs.

  • Easy to mix and apply.

Brush-ON WATERPROOF RENDER

Brush On Waterproof Render This cement/resin coating is applied at 2-3mm thick by brush or roller. It prevents seepage of water, salts and pollutants, while allowing the substrate to breathe.

  • Use in basements, subways, sewerage plants, lift shafts and on walls generally.

  • Easily mixed and applied.

  • Two-coat application (usually about  hours apart) for maximum effect.

  • Flexible finish, allowing movement in the base.

Non-shrink grout

Non Shrink Grout A low cost, free-flowing product, ideal for anchoring machine bases, structural steelwork or rails, and for void gap filling e.g. under plates and cavity filling.

  • Non-shrinking. Using modern ingredients (not aluminium powder), the grout expands slightly to ensure close contact to the underside of plates.

  • High Strength - over 20N/mm2 after 24 hours, 70N/mm2 after 28 days.

  • Low cost and easy to prepare - just add water.

POST-FIX

Post-Fix Concrete Repair A low-cost, non-shrinking, free-flowing grout which is ideal for anchoring fence posts. Excellent for void and gap filling, where fast setting is important. Post-Fix will hold a fence post unsupported after only 15-20 minutes in ambient temperatures.
