Easi-Plug

Rapid Setting Hydraulic Cement

Easi-Plug is a fast-setting, hydraulic compound that instantly stops running water or seepage through masonry surfaces. It actually becomes harder and more resistant when subjected to constant water pressure. Easi-Plug is a non-shrink material that expands slightly and sets in about 3 minutes depending on the temperature of the mixing water and the surface to which it is applied. Lower temperatures will  retard the set time and higher temperatures will accelerate the set.

Setseal

Product Features

Setseal is a single pack cementitious waterproofing system consisting of a blend of cements, fillers, alkali silicates and acid salts. Setseal when mixed produces a brush applied cementitious render, providing an extremely tough, durable, waterproof render, 2-3mm thick.

Setseal works by combining with the water and free calcium in the substrate to form insoluble crystals, which block the capillaries and prevent the ingress of water. It becomes an integral part of the structure to which it is applied and it’s chemical action is re-activated if further water appears, whilst still allowing the structure to breathe.

Setseal applications include the waterproofing and protection of basements, bridge decks, tunnels, swimming pools, sewage tanks, retaining walls and foundations.

Setseal Tanking

Product Features

Setseal Tanking is a single pack, cementitious waterproofing system consisting of a blend of cements, fillers, alkali silicates and acid salts. Setseal Tanking should always be used in conjunction with Setseal or Setbrickseal. When mixed produces a trowel applied cementitious render, providing an extremely tough, durable waterproof render on nominal 5mm thickness.

Setseal Tanking applications include the waterproofing and protection of basements, bridge decks, tunnels, swimming pools, sewage tanks, retaining walls, foundations and lift shafts.

Setbrickseal

Product Features

Setbrickseal is a single pack, polymer modified brush applied cementitious render, designed for the effective waterproofing and stopping of water on brickwork and other substrates having a low free lime content, as well as conventional concrete. The polymers in Setbrickseal repel the ingress of water whilst still allowing the substrate to breathe.

Setseal Tanking applications include the waterproofing and protection of basements, retaining walls, swimming pools, tunnels, sewage tanks and bridge decks.

1mm Polypropylene Lift Pit Liner
The Lift Pit Liner is a 1mm propylene/ethylene co-polymer geomembrane. Produced from a resin formulation designed to provide a premium quality geomembrane, which exhibits excellent flexibility, improved elasticity and resistance to puncture. These properties assure maximum multi-axial elongation to accommodate differential settlement. Polypropylene is ideal for geomembrane applications, and major benefits to installation are provided by a lower coefficient of thermal expansion and a wide temperature-welding window. Heat welding produces a homogenous membrane being totally impervious to water ingress. The product lends itself to applications where high/variable water tables, standing water and water creating hydrostatic pressure areas are in evidence.
