Cempatch N 

Cempatch N is a high strength cementitious repair mortar that can be used for repairs to spalled or damaged concrete, but also can be used as a general surface render or screed. Offers excellent adhesion, durability and water resistance, Cempatch N contains Migrating Corrosion Inhibitors to minimise further corrosion to steel reinforcement and can be applied in thicknesses of 10-15mm in one application.

Cempatch LW

Cempatch LW is a lightweight cementitious repair mortar ideally suited for vertical or overhead repairs, but is equally suitable for use on horizontal surfaces as a general render or screed. Containing Migrating Corrosion Inhibitor technology, Cempatch LW can be applied at thicknesses of 10-100mm in one application.

Cempatch HUM

Cempatch HUM is a polymer modified cementitious repair mortar suitable for use on bridges and highways where the requirements for BD 27/86 need to be met. Offering shrinkage compensating and anti-slump properties, Cempatch HUM an be used on vertical and horizontal applications at thicknesses of 10-25mm in one application.

Cempatch Primer & Cure

Cempatch Primer is a primer to enhance the bond between Cempatch repair mortars and concrete substrates. It creates a passivating layer around the reinforcement and minimises further corrosion through the use of  Migrating Corrosion Inhibitor technology. Cempatch Cure should be brush or spray applied to freshly placed repair mortar as a curing membrane to prevent rapid drying.

Cempatch Rapid Repair Mortar 

Cempatch Rapid repair mortar is a cementitious repair mortar suitable for a broad range of internal repairs to floors, stairs steps and general cracks and holes. Suitable for use with sand/cement screeds or concrete bases, asphalt, granolithic and more, it boasts a walk on hardness time of just 1 hour.

Quickmast 201/201E

Quickmast201/201E is a high strength epoxy mortar, designed principally for use in construction and renovation work. It provides an impermeable layer with good resistance to abrasion, weathering and chemical attack. Its many applications include repairs to spalled concrete, pre-cast units, slip bricks, kerb stones, edges and floors. Use Quickmast 601 for lightweight overhead or vertical applications.

Quickmast INJRES

Quickmast INJRES is a low viscosity moisture tolerant epoxy resin. It is ideal for crack injection applications in concrete, masonry and brickwork - enabling cracks down to 0.2mm to be filled and sealed thus preventing the ingress of contamination into the structure and retaining integrity and strength.

Quickmast 341

Quickmast 341 is a high strength epoxy adhesive and patching compound. It is an easily applied paste that adheres well to most building materials and bonds and cures under damp conditions. Patch repairs defective concrete and bonds concrete to concrete and metal to concrete.

Cemguard 2020

Cemguard 2020 is a surface applied corrosion inhibitor designed to migrate through concrete structures, providing long term protection to steel reinforcement.
Suitable for use on:
• All steel reinforced, pre-cast, pre-stressed, post tensioned or marine concrete structures.
• Car park decks and ramps.
• Cooling towers and tanks.
• Buildings and civil engineering structures of all types.

Repcoat/Repcoat N 

Repcoat and Repcoat N are high build coatings, brush or spray applied to form a tough, smooth yet decorative finish for concrete and other masonry surfaces. Exhibiting excellent resistance
to attack from carbon dioxide, airborne chlorides and acid rain, they also have excellent weathering characteristics.
Repcoat is elastometric enabling it to bridge small cracks that open up within the structure, thus retaining the integrity of the coating.

Strongcoat

The Strongcoat range of solvent-free
epoxy coatings offer a number of solutions to many problems where a protective coating is required. Varying levels of waterproofing, weathering, chemical and abrasion resistance can be achieved through their use. Shown right, Strongcoat 405, an elastometric membrane used to seal bonded areas within a transformer station against oil leakage.

Cemfair

Cemfair is an acrylic modified fairing coat for new and existing concrete surfaces.
Applied in thin layers, it is suitable for indoor and external use on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. It can be used to mask surface imperfections up to 3mm deep.
Cemfair incorporates Migrating Corrosion Inhibitor technology.
